Practice Exam Access & Expiration Policy

Effective Date: October 16, 2026

1. Unlimited Attempts

All Cover6 Academy practice exam products include unlimited attempts. There is no cap on the number of times you may take a practice exam after purchase.

2. Lifetime Access

Every exam prep sold through Cover6 Academy, the training service operated by Cover6 Solutions, LLC, includes lifetime access, with unlimited attempts and no separate expiration date. Lifetime access follows the exam, not one version of it: you get the prep for each future version for as long as Cover6 Solutions, LLC offers a prep for that exam, and you keep your current prep until its replacement is in your account.

3. New Exam Versions

When a governing body moves an exam to a new version and we offer a prep for it, everyone who bought a prep for an earlier version gets the new version’s prep free. A new prep takes time to build after the change is announced. When it’s ready, we’ll add it to your account and email you.

4. Retired Exam Versions

When an exam version is retired, we post a notice on the product page and email purchasers with the retirement date and what it means for their prep. Once that exam version can no longer be taken, its prep may be replaced by the new version’s prep; we won’t remove it until the new version’s prep is in your account. If a prep is retired with no new version to replace it, you keep access to the prep you have.

5. Refunds

Exam prep refunds follow our Refund Policy. A new exam version or a retirement isn’t grounds for a refund: you get each new version’s prep we offer free, and if there’s no replacement, you keep the prep you have.
