1. Unlimited Attempts
All Cover6 Academy practice exam products include unlimited attempts. There is no cap on the number of times you may take a practice exam after purchase.
2. Access Tied to Exam Version
Your access to a practice exam is valid for as long as the associated certification exam version remains active with its governing body (e.g., CompTIA, ISC2, ISACA, PMI, Cisco, Microsoft, EC-Council, Axelos/PeopleCert). Cover6 does not impose an independent expiration date or time limit on access.
3. Governing Body Retirement & Product Sunset
When a certification governing body announces the retirement of an exam version, Cover6 Solutions will:
1. Post a sunset notice on the affected product page, including the official retirement date.
2. Send an email notification to all purchasers of that product with the retirement date and information about the successor exam.
3. Retire the product on or before the official exam retirement date.
Access to the retired practice exam will be removed once the product is officially sunset. This is not a limitation imposed by Cover6 — it reflects the fact that the certification exam itself is no longer offered by its governing body.
4. New Exam Versions
When a governing body releases a new version of a certification exam, Cover6 Solutions will develop a new practice exam product aligned with the updated objectives. Existing purchases of the previous version do not automatically transfer to the new product. You will be notified of the new product and may receive a loyalty discount at Cover6’s discretion.
5. No Refunds for Retired Products
Because practice exam access is provided for the full duration of the certification exam’s active lifecycle, no refunds are issued when a product is retired due to governing body action. You will always receive advance notice before a product is sunset.
