3. Digital Products & Course Access
When you purchase a course, practice exam, or other digital product through Cover6 Academy, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing account credentials or distributing course materials to unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
4. Services and Availability
Cover6 Solutions provides cybersecurity consulting, training, assessment services, access to a community job board, the Chrysalus verified talent platform, and an affiliate program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website at any time without notice.
5. Job Board & Resume Submissions
The Cover6 community job board is a platform for connecting job seekers and employers. Employers are responsible for ensuring their job listings are accurate and lawful. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of resumes and application materials submitted. Cover6 Solutions does not guarantee employment or candidate placement and does not verify or vet submissions beyond general moderation. We reserve the right to remove any submission that violates these terms, our content standards, or community guidelines.
6. Chrysalus Talent Platform
The Chrysalus platform is a verified talent marketplace operated by Cover6 Solutions. By creating a Chrysalus profile, you agree to the following:
Profile Data: You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile, including uploaded resumes, professional credentials, and video interview responses recorded through Willo. Cover6 Solutions verifies certifications through Credly and generates a Core Score based on your verified credentials.
Employer Access: Tier 1 profiles (Core Score and general credential summary) are visible to all platform users. Tier 2 profiles (detailed credentials, resume, and video interview) are accessible only to vetted employer partners who have been granted platform access. By creating a Tier 2 profile, you consent to this limited sharing with approved employers.
Profile Removal: You may request removal of your Chrysalus profile and all associated data at any time by contacting info@cover6solutions.com. Profile removal is processed within 30 days of the request.
7. Affiliate Program
The Cover6 Affiliate Program (powered by AffiliateWP) allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring customers to Cover6 Academy products. By joining the affiliate program, you agree to promote Cover6 products honestly and in compliance with applicable advertising and disclosure laws (including FTC guidelines). Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts and withhold commissions in cases of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violations of these terms.
8. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
9. Disclaimer
All services and content are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cover6 Solutions disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cover6 Solutions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
