Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the Cover6 Solutions Affiliate Program, operated by Cover6 Solutions, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Cover6 Solutions,” “we,” or “us”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

1. Program Overview

The Cover6 Solutions Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to our cybersecurity training courses, certification preparation programs, and related services offered through cover6solutions.com (the “Site”). Commissions are earned when a referred visitor completes a qualifying purchase using your unique affiliate link.

2. Eligibility and Approval

All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by Cover6 Solutions at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding agreement to participate in the program.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn a percentage-based commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral links. The current commission rate, cookie duration, and payout terms are outlined in your affiliate dashboard upon approval. Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with reasonable notice to active affiliates.

4. Referral Tracking and Cookies

Referrals are tracked via cookies placed on the referred visitor’s browser when they click your affiliate link. A referral is credited to your account when the visitor completes a qualifying purchase within the cookie window. If the visitor clears their cookies, uses a different device, or the cookie expires before purchase, the referral may not be tracked.

5. Payment Terms

Commission payouts are processed on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Earnings below the threshold will roll over to the following month. Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to withhold payment on any commission that results from fraudulent, suspicious, or policy-violating activity. Commissions on refunded or chargebacked transactions will be reversed.

6. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Cover6 Solutions through their own websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other legitimate channels. However, affiliates must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Cover6 Solutions, its courses, or certifications
• Using spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive advertising practices
• Bidding on Cover6 Solutions branded keywords (including “Cover6,” “Cover6 Solutions,” or variations) in paid search campaigns
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial traffic or referral manipulation
• Impersonating Cover6 Solutions or creating websites, social profiles, or materials that could be confused with official Cover6 channels
• Promoting Cover6 Solutions on websites containing illegal, hateful, violent, or adult content

7. Intellectual Property

Cover6 Solutions grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our approved logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program. You may not modify our trademarks, create derivative works, or use our intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorized. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Cover6 Solutions.

8. Confidentiality

Information shared with affiliates through the program dashboard, including but not limited to commission rates, conversion data, and promotional strategies, is considered confidential. Affiliates agree not to disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent from Cover6 Solutions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cover6 Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions earned by that affiliate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Cover6 Solutions trademarks and marketing materials, and remove all affiliate links from your properties. Pending commissions on legitimate, non-refunded transactions made prior to termination will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.

11. Modifications to Terms

Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage affiliates to review this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Georgia.
