We operate the Cover6 Academy (online courses and practice exams), the Chrysalus verified talent platform, a community job board, an affiliate program, and an e-commerce shop.
2. What We Collect & Why
Account Registration: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide. This information is used to manage your account, grant access to purchased content, and communicate important updates.
Purchases & Payments: When you purchase courses, practice exams, memberships, or merchandise, we collect billing information necessary to process your transaction. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal); we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Contact Forms & Newsletter Signups: When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. We use MailerLite to manage subscriptions. This information is used solely to send you updates about training opportunities, events, and other resources.
Course & Exam Data: When you enroll in courses or take practice exams through Cover6 Academy, we collect progress data, quiz scores, and completion records to provide your learning experience and issue certificates.
Chrysalus Talent Platform: If you create a Chrysalus profile, we collect your resume, professional credentials, and certification data (verified via Credly). If you complete a video interview through Willo, we store your recorded responses. Your profile generates a Core Score based on verified credentials. Tier 2 profile details (resume, video, detailed credentials) are accessible only to employer partners who have been granted access.
Affiliate Program: If you join the Cover6 Affiliate Program (powered by AffiliateWP), we collect your name, email address, payment details for commission disbursement, and referral activity data including clicks, conversions, and earnings.
Job Board & Resume Submissions: If you submit a resume or job listing through our community job board, we collect the information provided in your submission for the purpose of connecting job seekers with employers.
Comments & Forms: If you leave a comment or submit a form, we collect the data shown in the form, as well as your IP address and browser details, to help with spam detection.
3. Cookies & Tracking
Our site uses cookies for login preferences, shopping cart functionality, form completions, and site analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If you arrive at our site through an affiliate referral link, a tracking cookie is set to attribute your visit to the referring affiliate. This cookie is used solely for commission tracking within our AffiliateWP system and does not collect additional personal data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted third-party services solely to operate our business, including:
MailerLite (email marketing), Stripe/PayPal (payment processing), Google Analytics (site analytics), Credly (certification verification), Willo (video interviews), and anti-spam tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
If you create a Chrysalus Tier 2 profile, select profile information (resume, video interview, detailed credentials) may be shared with vetted employer partners who have been granted access to the platform. Your Tier 1 (public) profile displays only your Core Score and general credential summary.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly. We will respond to all data requests in accordance with applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
If you have a Chrysalus talent profile, you may request removal of your profile, uploaded resume, and video interview data at any time by emailing info@cover6solutions.com.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure hosting, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
