Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all Cover6 Solutions platforms, including cover6solutions.com, Cover6 Academy, the Chrysalus talent platform, the community job board, and any associated services. By using our platforms, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use Cover6 Solutions platforms only for lawful purposes and in a manner that is respectful, professional, and consistent with the intended use of each service. You must not use our platforms in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services, or interfere with any other party’s use of our platforms.

2. Prohibited Activities

When using any Cover6 Solutions platform, you must not:

Post, upload, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form, including account registrations, job board listings, Chrysalus profiles, course reviews, or affiliate promotions. Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain communications. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, other user accounts, or connected networks. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage our services. Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platforms without written permission. Use our platforms to promote competing products or services without authorization.

3. Job Board & Chrysalus Platform

Users of the Cover6 community job board and Chrysalus talent platform must ensure that all submissions — including job listings, resumes, profile information, and credentials — are accurate, current, and lawful. Employers may not post discriminatory listings or misrepresent job terms. Candidates may not falsify credentials, certifications, or work history. Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.

4. Academy & Course Content

Cover6 Academy users must not share, redistribute, or reproduce any course materials, practice exams, or downloadable content. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract exam questions or proprietary training content will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

5. Affiliate Program

Affiliates must promote Cover6 products honestly and in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines. Affiliates must not use deceptive advertising, fake reviews, cookie stuffing, or any form of fraudulent referral activity. Violations will result in commission forfeiture and program termination.

6. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit to our platforms — including comments, reviews, forum posts, and feedback — must comply with this policy. Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove user-generated content that violates these standards. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Cover6 Solutions a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate our services.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at info@cover6solutions.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Enforcement

Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including but not limited to: issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, withholding affiliate commissions, and pursuing legal remedies. We may act without prior notice when we believe immediate action is necessary to protect our users, platforms, or business.

9. Changes to This Policy

Cover6 Solutions reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
