About Course

This course is for IT professionals preparing for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam from PeopleCert. Cover6 Academy built it on the January 2019 ITIL 4 Foundation Candidate Syllabus and covers ITIL 4 Foundation only. PeopleCert has released ITIL (Version 5) and plans to retire ITIL 4 modules on 31 December 2027, so confirm the version you book on the official page.

What’s inside

  • Start Here — Prep Pack: orientation, the Exam Blueprint & Study Plan, the Practice Quiz and the Full Practice Exam.
  • 7 Objective Sprints: one study lesson per exam domain.
  • Practical Checkpoint: a short service improvement proposal using the ITIL continual improvement model (vision, current state, measurable targets, plan, review).
  • Practice Quiz: 25 random questions from the 241-question bank on every attempt, untimed, unlimited attempts.
  • Full Practice Exam: 40 questions in 60 minutes, matching the length and timing PeopleCert publishes.
  • Next Steps and Free Resources: terms lists and exam guides.

The question bank is original and written to the current outline. It shuffles questions and answers on every attempt, allows unlimited retakes and explains every answer.

How to use it

Choose the 2-week intensive plan at 10 to 12 hours a week, or the 4-week standard plan at 5 to 7 hours a week. Study each domain’s Sprint, then take the 25-question Practice Quiz as often as you like. Use the review screen to find weak domains, go back to those Sprints and repeat. When your Practice Quiz scores are consistently at or above 65%, take the Full Practice Exam in one timed sitting. Domain 7 carries 17 of the 40 marks, so give it the most time.

About your practice scores

Your percentages are a study signal that shows where to focus next, not a forecast of your exam result. Aim for steady results across every domain.
