Unlimited Attempts
All Cover6 Academy practice exam products include unlimited attempts. There is no cap on the number of times you may take a practice exam after purchase.
Access Tied to Exam Version
Your access to a practice exam is valid for as long as the associated certification exam version remains active with its governing body (e.g., CompTIA, ISC2, ISACA, PMI, Cisco, Microsoft, EC-Council, Axelos/PeopleCert). Cover6 does not impose an independent expiration date or time limit on access.
Governing Body Retirement & Product Sunset
When a certification governing body announces the retirement of an exam version, Cover6 Solutions will:
- Post a sunset notice on the affected product page, including the official retirement date.
- Send an email notification to all purchasers of that product with the retirement date and information about the successor exam.
- Retire the product on or before the official exam retirement date.
Access to a retired product ends on the product’s sunset date.
New Exam Versions
When a governing body releases a new exam version, Cover6 creates a new, separate practice exam product for the new version. Purchases of the prior version do not transfer to the new version. New products are available for purchase separately, and applicable discount codes remain valid.
No Refunds for Retired Products
Cover6 does not offer refunds for products retired due to governing body exam updates. Retirement timelines are communicated in advance and aligned to the governing body’s official schedule. Customers are encouraged to complete their exam preparation before the official retirement date.
