About the Role
World Services LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect / Technical Lead to support a USCIS program. This role requires deep AWS architecture expertise and experience delivering federal digital services. The ideal candidate will drive technical design decisions, lead CI/CD modernization, and support complex PDF/form-driven intake workflows.

Clearance Requirement
Public Trust or higher | US Citizenship required
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical leadership roles
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (required)
- Demonstrated experience on DHS programs (USCIS preferred)
- Strong AWS architecture expertise: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM
- CI/CD pipeline design and DevSecOps toolchain experience
- Experience with PDF and form-based intake workflows
- Experience with organization, entity, and account-linking architectures
- US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Kubernetes and AWS container orchestration (EKS, ECS)
- Agile methodology; Jira and Confluence proficiency
- Experience with federal digital service delivery standards
