1. Digital Products (Practice Exams & Courses)
All sales of digital products — including practice exams, online courses, and downloadable training materials — are considered final once access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds after a course or exam has been accessed or downloaded.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership and subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not accessed any premium content, you may request a full refund of your first payment.
3. Consulting & Professional Services
Refund eligibility for consulting engagements, vCISO services, penetration testing, and other professional services is governed by the terms outlined in your individual service agreement or statement of work (SOW). If no specific refund terms are included, services rendered are non-refundable.
4. Physical Products & Merchandise
If you purchase physical merchandise through our shop, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
