Coming soon. We’re finishing this course now. It isn’t open for enrollment yet, so there’s nothing to buy today. Check back soon.
IPv6 often runs on networks where nobody is watching it. In this course you find it, enumerate it and attack it with real tools against a real target. The work is tools, output and labs, not slides.
What you’ll do
- Set up and orient. Get your lab running and learn how IPv6 behaves.
- Discover. Find and enumerate IPv6 hosts.
- Attack NDP. Abuse Neighbor Discovery Protocol, IPv6’s answer to ARP.
- Bypass firewalls. Use extension headers to get past filtering.
- Hijack the gateway. Abuse router advertisements.
- Abuse transition. Exploit IPv4-to-IPv6 transition mechanisms.
- Chain it. Put it all together in a full attack chain.
What’s included
- Your own live attack lab. Your lab clock starts the first time you press Start my lab, not when you enroll.
- Seven modules, from lab setup to the full attack chain.
We’ll post the lab window and CPE hours here before enrollment opens.
Who it’s for
Penetration testers who want IPv6 in their toolkit. It’s an elective on the Penetration Tester track.
How it works
When the course opens, you’ll enroll right here: add it to your cart, check out, and find it in your Cover6 dashboard. Questions before then? Email info@cover6solutions.com.
What comes next
Securing IPv6: Harden and Monitor IPv6 Networks covers the same ground from the defender’s side. It’s also coming soon.
