Level III makes you legit. The challenge makes you elite. You take over a client you have never seen, alone and on the clock. Your client packet is one of 12 seeded organizations, each with about 60 evidence items. You find what matters, including what the client’s own dashboards hide, and hand its board a packet it can act on.
What you will do
- Client analysis. 60 questions answerable only from your own packet. You need 80% overall and at least 60% at every level.
- Board packet. A two-page board memo with one decision request, an engagement scope, a top-10 risk register with dollar ranges, a 12-month roadmap that fits the budget, and a KRI dashboard.
- Board session. A budget cut, a request you must answer in writing, and questions about your own numbers, on a one-hour clock.
